MAAC ESPN2, ESPNU Games Set For Feb. 28

EDISON, N.J. – Two Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference men’s basketball games on Friday, Feb. 28th will be televised on ESPN platforms. The Iona College at Manhattan College game will tip off at 7:00 p.m. and will be televised by ESPN2, and the Canisius at Rider contest will be televised on ESPNU and will tipoff at 9:00 p.m.
Manhattan and Iona have met 83 times in their long-standing rivalry, with the Gaels holding a 46-37 advantage, including the first game this season when Iona scored a 85-73 victory over the Jaspers.
Rider and Canisius have met 37 times through the years, with the Broncs holding a 29-8 edge in the series. However, Canisius won the first meeting this year.
