Litzell Named Corvias ECAC Track & Field Athletes of the Week

Edison, N.J. –Manhattan's Love Litzell has been named Corvias ECAC Division I Metro/Upstate Men's Track & Field Athlete of the Week.
Manhattan College's freshman Love Litzell from Ostersund, Sweden, qualified for the IC4A Championships in the hammer throw at the Shamrock Invitational on Thursday. His effort of 61.18 meters (200 feet, nine inches) was good for second place overall and first among collegians.
Litzell shares this week's award with Tom Hopkins from Princeton University and Thomas Carr from Rutgers University.
