Kyle Curry – Siena – Men’s Lacrosse

RS-Senior, Midfielder, 6-0, 182, Littleton, Mass./Bishop Guertin

Curry earned Second Team All-MAAC and All-MAAC Championship honors after helping guide the Saints to the program's third MAAC Championship in the past six seasons. He led the Saints with five points including a career-high four assists in the MAAC Championship Game. A team captain, the Littleton, Mass. native tallied 30 points this spring and finished second on the squad with 38 groundballs. A three-time MAAC All-Academic Team selection, Curry possesses a 3.56 cumulative GPA. He used his red-shirt season to tack on a second major to his Economics BS, adding Marketing. A two-time MAAC All-Academic Team selection, Curry is on track to graduate cum laude. Twice he has been named to Siena College’s Dean’s List and three times to the President’s List including the Spring of 2012 when he accrued a perfect 4.0 GPA. He completed a paid internship at UPS for credit and was formerly a member of Siena Athletics’ Student Athlete Mentoring program.

Sunita Kumar – Saint Peter’s - Track & Field

Senior, Sprints, 5-6, Munich, Germany/Gymnasium Kircheim

Sunita Kumar was a four-year member of the Saint Peter's track and field team. At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships a few weeks ago, the senior finished fourth in the triple jump and sixth in the 100-meter hurdles. She also competed in the heptathlon at the recent ECAC Outdoors championships, where she finished 13th overall, including a fourth place finish in the javelin throw, a seventh place finish in the 100M hurdles, and eighth place in the women’s high jump. A standout in the class room as well as on the track, Kumar graduated on May 19 with a grade-point average of 3.94 and a degree in international business.
