NCAA Announces Albany Regional dates for 2015 NCAA Women's Basketball Championship

EDISON, N.J. - The 2015 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Albany Regional will be played at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York as awarded by the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Committee. The NCAA has announced that the Albany Regional Semi-Final will take place on Saturday, March 28 and the Regional Final will be on Monday, March 30. The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) will co-host this event with Siena College.

"The MAAC membership is pleased that it has been selected to co-host with Siena College the 2015 NCAA Women's Basketball Regional at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY," notes Richard Ensor, Commissioner of the MAAC. "This will be the third time the MAAC has hosted the Regional and it is committed to providing the NCAA, its student-athletes, coaches and fans with a premier event.”

This is the first time that NCAA Women's Basketball will be held in Albany. Tickets will soon be available on Ticketmaster.com.
