Wilson Offensive Player of the Week

Cameron Harr – Marist

Fr., F, 5-10, Morris Plains, NJ/Seton Hall Prep

Harr netted three goals in two Marist home wins over Canisius and Saint Peter’s this week, which brought the Red Foxes to 3-0 in MAAC play this season. Harr beat a defender on the right side to score the game-winner with 1:34 remaining in regulation against the Griffs on Sept. 30. He also put Marist on the board first in the contest. He converted on a penalty kick to seal a 2-0 victory over Saint Peter’s on Oct. 3. Harr registered six points and eight shots, including four on goal in the two games. In just 10 career games, he has scored a team-high seven goals for the Red Foxes.

Wilson Defensive Player of the Week

Eric Klenofsky – Monmouth

Jr., GK, 6-6, Lincoln Park, NJ/DePaul Catholic

Klenofsky picked up his 26th and 27th career shutouts and his fifth and sixth of the season with clean sheets in wins over Iona and Siena this week. The wins give Klenofsky 25 for his career, moving him into a tie for third all-time in the MAAC with former Iona keeper Gianni Spiniello. The junior goalkeeper tied his career high with seven saves in the 1-0 win over Iona, including three from point-blank range. He then cleaned up a pair of shots in the 2-0 victory over Siena. The two-time defending NCAA Division I Statistical Champion in goals-against average improved his GAA to 0.71, while also raising his save percentage to .840 with the two shutouts. 

Wilson Rookie of the Week

Simon Lund Jorgensen – Marist

Fr., B/M, 6-0, Copenhagen, Denmark/Falkonergardens Gymnasium

A first-year defensive midfielder for Marist, Jorgensen recorded the first two goals of his career in his team’s wins over Canisius and Saint Peter’s this week, converting on a pair of penalty kicks. His goal against Saint Peter’s in the 87th minute of the Oct. 3 contest broke a scoreless tie, while his score against Canisius on Sept. 30 put the Red Foxes ahead, 2-1, with 11:08 remaining in the second half. Jorgensen finished the two games with four points and four shots, including two on goal. He led a Marist defense that allowed just two goals in as many games. The Red Foxes remain unbeaten in MAAC play this season at 3-0.
