Wagner Ranked 14th in Latest CWPA National Poll

EDISON, N.J.- The Wagner women's water polo team received its highest ranking in program history in this week's Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) National Top 20 Poll as the Seahawks claimed 14th, announced today by the CWPA offices.
The Green & White totaled 31 points in the voting to place them 14th overall after an impressive California tour which saw the Seahawks go 7-4 with marquee victories over #14 Pacific, #19 Santa Clara and #12 San Diego State.
The Seahawks had previously been stuck on 17 for the past four weeks which had been the highest ranking in school history before today's announcement.
The Green & White are 13-6 on the season with five wins over CWPA National Top 20 members.
The 2015 MAAC Water Polo Championship will be held on April 25-26 at McCann Natatorium in Poughkeepsie, New York.
