Marist and Wagner Stay in the CWPA National Poll

EDISON, N.J.- The Wagner women's water polo team was ranked 19th, receiving 8 points, in the latest Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) National Top 20 Poll, while Marist women's water polo team received 3 points to round out the poll.
The Seahawks went 3-1 over the weekend with victories over VMI, Iona and St. Francis (NY). They enter the 2015 MAAC Water Polo Championship as the number 2 overall seed with an 23-8 (10-2) mark.
The Red Foxes went 2-1 over the weekend with wins over Siena, Wagner and a loss to Hartwick. As the regular season champions, the enter the 2015 MAAC Water Polo Championship as the number one overall seed with an 19-13 (11-1) record.
The 2015 MAAC Water Polo Championship will be held on April 25-26 at McCann Natatorium in Poughkeepsie, New York.
