Seeds Set for 2015 Men's & Women's Tennis Championships

EDISON, N.J. – Seeds are set for the 2015 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships. The championships will be held at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, N.J. this Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26.
On the men’s side, Monmouth University captured the number one seed for the tournament, finishing with a perfect 7-0 conference record. The Hawks will be playing the number four seeded Niagara University Purple Eagles in the first semifinal match. Marist College has placed as the number two seed heading into the tournament and they will face off against the number three seeded Quinnipiac University Bobcats.
The women’s championship features Quinnipiac University as the number one seed after finishing conference play at a perfect 8-0, followed by number two seeded Niagara University. The third seeded Fairfield University Stags will face off with the Purple Eagles, and the fourth seeded Marist College Red Foxes will take on the Bobcats.
The 2015 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Tennis Awards Show will be televised on MAAC.TV on Friday, April 24.
