Ambrosio Earns ECAC Weekly Award

EDISON, N.J. –Quinnipiac University senior Eric Ambrosio who is the MAAC Men’s Tennis Player of Week, has also been named the Corvias ECAC Division I New England Men’s Player of the Week.
Eric Ambrosio won all four of his matches this past week, helping the Bobcats acquire two big wins. In his singles match against Sacred Heart he took down Mathieu Pilote 6-3, 6-2 at the number 2 spot. Playing at number 3 singles, Ambrosio defeated Fairfield’s George Tioutine 6-3, 6-1.
The 2015 MAAC Tennis Championships will be held on April 25 and 26 at the Mercer County Park Tennis Center in West Windsor, NJ.
