Joseph Dube, Marist, Men's Tennis, Sr., Livonia, Mich.

Dube ended his senior campaign with a 20-9 overall record including a 14-6 mark in dual matches and a 5-1 record in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play. Dube also posted a 6-3 mark in tournaments this year including his 100th career win at the Army Invitational on October 25, 2014. The senior captain also earned a spot on the All-MAAC First Team for the third consecutive season and was named to the MAAC All-Academic team for the second consecutive year. Dube was also named CoSida Academic All-District this past month.

Lydia Wehrli, Manhattan, Women’s Track & Field, Sr., Throws, Anieres, Switzerland

Wehrli concluded her Manhattan career by placing 24th in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Preliminary Round in Jacksonville, Fla.  Her best throw was a 55.25 m (181’3) effort on her first attempt.  This was the third straight year in which Wehrli competed at the NCAA Prelims.  She finished 15th in 2013 and 34th last year.

She broke her own school record with a toss of 58.60 m (192’3) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4 and took fourth in the Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 24.  Wehrli then defended her MAAC title before capturing third place at the ECAC Championships.  She was also named to the MAAC All-Academic Team both indoors and outdoors for the third consecutive time.
