Kyle Dube – Baseball – Fairfield – Southington, CT
Junior Kyle Dube of Fairfield University Baseball had perhaps the best season of his career after finishing the year with a team-best 2.89 ERA and earning himself a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team. Beginning the season as a weekday starter, Kyle earned a spot in the weekend rotation and finished the year with a 1.27 ERA in conference games. In his first four starts from March 31st – April 19th, Kyle pitched to a 2-1 record with a 0.94 ERA and Kyle had the best game of his life on Mother’s Day (5/10) when he pitched nine shutout innings with two strikeouts and 124 pitches at Marist. Throughout the year, Kyle only allowed one home run.
Brittany Krause – Soccer – Canisius – Virginia Beach, VA
Senior Brittany Krause of Canisius College Women’s Soccer has a 3.6 GPA as a Health and Wellness major. In her junior year, she appeared in seven games with seven starts and recorded 17 shots. In her sophomore year, she appeared in 20 games with 17 starts and was tied for the team-lead with 5 assists. On October 26th of her sophomore year, Brittany scored two goals and had an assist against St. Peter’s in her best game at Canisius College. As a senior, Brittany has yet to appear in a game.
