Offensive Player of the Week
Teresa Warner, Monmouth

Teresa Warner became the fifth Hawk all-time to record a seven-point outing in program history. The freshman contributed on the Hawks’ four goals this weekend, recording a hat trick and an assist against Northeastern on Friday. The rookie, who now has six goals on the year following her first career multi-goal game, scored twice in the first 10 minutes of the second half. The New Zealand native assisted on Alyssa Ercolino’s goal, before knotting the score with a deflection with under a minute to go in regulation. Warner posted a team-high seven shots this weekend, including three attempts against No. 5 University at Albany.
Defensive Player of the Week
Caitlin Bennett, Fairfiled
Jr., GK, 5-7, Fairfield, Conn. / Lauralton Hall
Caitlin Bennett started both games for the Stags this past week and recorded 18 saves. She now has 45 saves this season. The junior is the backbone of a defense that defended against 31 shots and 23 penalty corners this past week. Before the week began, Bennett ranked tied for 20th in the nation with 5.83 saves per game.
Rookie of the Week
Angie Price, Rider
Fr., F, 5-3, Sydney, Australia / Clifton College
The Price was right for the Broncs in a 6-1 road win at Colgate on September 27 when she scored her fifth goal of the year that gave Rider a 5-0 lead. Playing 28 minutes, Price had three shots on goal and she is among the rookie leaders in scoring in the MAAC. For the season, Price only has 13 shots on goal and has scored on 38 percent of those shots.
