Josh Dodway

Men's Diving, Senior, Niskayuna, NY/Niskayuna

One of two captains on the Red Foxes' swimming and diving team, senior Josh Dodway qualified for the NCAA Zone Diving Championships on the 1-meter board in just the second dual meet of the season, taking first place against Fordham with a score of 310.58 points. He placed second on the one meter board at the 2015 MAAC and Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships with respective scores of 287.60 points and 295.85 points. At last year's NCAA Championships he competed in the preliminary round at one and three meters.   

Dodway has been named the conference's Men's Diver of the Week four times during the first half of the 2015-16 season and 11 times in his career. An environmental science major, he has earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team the last two years. 

 

Amani Tatum

Women's Basketball, Sophomore, Cambria Heights, NY/Arch Bishop Malloy

After sitting out last season while transferring from James Madison, Tatum has made quite an impact for the Jaspers in 2015-16.  She has started at point guard 11 times this season and is Manhattan’s leading scorer, averaging 12.3 points per game.  Tatum is ninth in the MAAC in scoring, and her 3.1 steals per contest are second-most in the league.  As of Jan. 4, she ranked 17th in the NCAA in steals per game and 32nd in total steals (32).  Tatum is also tied for the team lead in assists, dishing out 2.8 per outing.
