Rajovic, Hutzler Earn Student-Athlete of the Week Awards

Alexandra Hutzler
Women’s Swimming & Diving|Junior|Miller Place, NY|Miller Place
Hutzler finished first in the 100 meter breaststroke and second in the 200 meter individual medley at Manhattan’s season-opening meet against Mount St. Mary’s and VMI. The school record-holder in both events, she also boasts program marks in four other individual events and four relays. A journalism major, Hutzler was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team last year. She’s the editor-in-chief of The Quadrangle, Manhattan’s student newspaper.
Mark Rajovic
Men’s Soccer|Junior|Katonah, NY| Fordham Prep
Mark has played all 11 games for the Red Foxes, making 48 saves while surrendering 16 goals against for a .750 save percentage and a 1.41 goals against average. In a 2-0 win over Winthrop on Sept. 9th, Rajovic became the program's all-time leader in shutouts with his 12th career clean sheet. In a 3-1 win over Iona on Oct. 2nd, he also became the program's all-time leader in goalkeeper wins with his 20th career victory. Rajovic is an accounting major and was a MAAC All-Academic Team selection in 2015.
