Monmouth Ranked 8th, Iona 23rd in this weeks CollegeInsider.Com's Mid-Major Top 25 Poll

Monmouth moves up a spot to 8th in this week's CollegeInsider.Com's Mid-Major Top 25 Poll after defeating Memphis 82-79 on the road to push its winning streak to eight games. Je'lon Hornbeak earned MAAC Player of the Week honors for his performace at Memphis, hitting on 6-of-7 from three-point range and hitting two key free throws with 0.7 seconds left to give the Hawks the win. Iona remains at 23rd after defeating NJIT 90-84 on the road behind 27 points from Jordan Washington & 21 points from Jon Severe.
