Brian Corrigan

Men's Lacrosse, R-Sophomore, Goalie, 5'10", East Quogue, NY / Westhampton Beach

Corrigan made 18 stops after facing 70 shots in two games for Marist this week. He made five saves and caused a turnover versus Hartford on March 15 and stopped 13 shots from Monmouth in the Red Foxes’ 9-8 victory in their Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference opener March 19. His final save against the Hawks came as time expired and preserved Marist’s first one-goal win of the season. 

In just six collegiate starts to begin the 2016 season, Corrigan leads the MAAC in save percentage and is third in the nation with a mark of .614. He currently leads the country with 14.33 saves per game and is 16th with an 8.67 goals against average. A business administration major, he was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team in 2015.

Megan Yarusso

Women's Lacrosse, Senior, Midfield, 5'2", Brewster, NY / Brewster

Megan Yarusso scored a team-best five goals with one assist while recording six ground balls and two draw controls last week. She began the week with three goals, an assist, three ground balls and two draw controls in 9-8 win over CCSU. Yarusso then assisted on the first goal against the Blue Devils before scoring on three of the final six Manhattan tallies, including the last two. She followed that up with two goals and three ground balls in 13-11 victory against UNH and is second in goals (16) and points (42).
