Tori Jarosz & Joy Adams Named Women's Basketball All-ECAC Selections

DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2016 Division I Women’s Basketball All-ECAC selections and major award winners.
Tori Jarosz, the 2015-16 MAAC Women's Basketball Player of the Year, had a great all-around season for the Red Foxes. The four-time MAAC Player of the Week finished first in the MAAC with 18.8 points and tied for first with 12.1 rebounds per game. Jarosz also finished first in the conference with a 49.0 field-goal percentage, 3.0 blocked shots per game, and 9.3 defensive rebounds per game. Jarosz was a unanimous selection to the All-MAAC First Team and is repeat All-MAAC First Team selection.
Joy Adams finished second in the MAAC with 14.7 points per game and tied for first 12.1 rebounds per game. Adams was first in the conference with 4.5 offensive rebounds per game and third in the conference with 2.1 steals per game. She was named MAAC Player of the Week three times this season. Adams is a repeat All-MAAC First Team selection and was as a unanimous selection to the All-MAAC First Team.
