MAAC Assistant Commissioner of Championships, Dan Petrino, Appointed to NCAA Women's Water Polo Committee

MAAC Assistant Commissioner of Championships, Dan Petrino has been appointed to NCAA Women's Water Polo Committee. Petrino’s term of service on the committee will begin immediately, and continue through August 31, 2019.
“I am pleased to see Dan selected for this committee post," notes MAAC Commissioner Rich Ensor. "His appointment reflects well on him and the MAAC, and it's a recognition that Dan is a rising administrator in college sports."
While serving on the committee, Petrino will sustain and advance the Association’s mission, traditions, values and reputation while participating in committee meetings and conference calls to further advance the sport. The MAAC has seven institutions in the sport of women’s water polo, including the defending three-time MAAC Water Polo Champions, Wagner College, in addition to Iona College, Marist College, Siena College, St. Francis Brooklyn, Villanova University and Virginia Military Institute.
"I am excited to represent the MAAC on the NCAA Women’s Water Polo Committee," Petrino said. "I look forward to this new opportunity.”
