Modena & Mosel Named Student-Athletes of the Week

Women’s Soccer
The senior from Massapequa, has scored in five-straight matches, notching four assists and a goal so far this season. She scored the first Jaspers’ goal in conference play this season, for a 2-1 win over Siena. Followed by an assisted goal in the Jaspers’ 4-0 victory over Iona. In a 4-2 win over Marist, Modena notched a goal and an assist. She is sixth in the MAAC with a team-high matching 12 points while also ranking eighth in the league with four goals. Modena Ranks third in Manhattan history with 65 points and fourth with 27 goals.

Cross Country/Track & Field
A senior from Manhasset, New York, Dietrich Mosel is a captain on this year's cross country/track & field teams. He is a Business Administration major, a three-time Dean's List selection, and a two-year MAAC All-Academic Team selection. Mosel has been the Red Foxes' top runner in all three of his races this season. He took first place overall at the Marist Invitational, second place at the Monmouth Invitational, and sixth place in the Brown Race at the Paul Short Run.
