Sophomore Evans Kibet led the way for Siena's third place finish at the Paul Short Run Division I Brown Race. He finished the 8K with a personal record 24:41 time that is now 4th for fastest 8K times at Siena. Kibet was the first Division I runner to cross the finish line in the Brown 8K.

The Canisius cross country team took part in the 44th annual Paul Short Invitational on Friday afternoon at Lehigh University. Siobhan Quinn ran a program-record time of 20:38 and won the Brown 6k race. Quinn is the first female runner to win the 6k race for Canisius.
