Kollyns Scarbrough started the season off recording two double-doubles in the two games for Siena College. The senior scored 21 points against Penn State and added a career-high 12 rebounds. She tallied 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against St. Bonaventure in the Saints home opener. Scarbrough registered a total of six steals and recorded four of them against the Lady Lions. The guard shot 51.9 percent from the field and 40.0 percent from behind the arc in the opening weekend of play.

Toyosi Abiola, Iona

Toyosi Abiola scored 20 points in her collegiate debut against the Arizona Wildcats. She shot 7-of-15 from the floor, which included a pair of threes to go along with one assist. Abiola did not commit a turnover in 39 minutes of action.
