Around the MAAC
EDISON, NJ – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) presents Around the MAAC. Around the MAAC features 2017 MAAC Volleyball Champions, Fairfield University, as it takes on the University of Texas in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Also featured in this week’s edition is the Belfast Classic, which tips-off tomorrow when Manhattan College takes on the College of the Holy Cross at 11:30 (EST).
Around the MAAC highlights the announcement of the 2017-18 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Preseason Polls. Included in this weeks edition is the NFHCA announced their All-Region teams, which included five MAAC Field Hockey student-athletes. The United Soccer Coaches announced their All-region teams, which included four MAAC women’s soccer student-athletes. Finally, the ECAC announced its honors for women’s soccer, which included Kelsey Goldring of Quinnipiac University being named ECAC Rookie of the Year.
