Women’s Track Performer of the Week
Sara Gardner, Rider
Sr., Holland Township, NJ/Delaware Valley
 
Holland Township, NJ native, Sara Gardner crushed the field in the 60-meter hurdles winning in a time of 8.77. She finished 0.30 seconds faster than the second place finisher and qualified for the ECAC Championships. In the 60-meter sprint Gardner posted a time of 8.03, finishing third.
 
Men’s Track Performer of the Week
Dylan Capwell, Monmouth
5th Yr., Hopatcong, NJ/ Hopatcong
 
Capwell competed in his first indoor track event in two seasons this past weekend. Winning the 1,000-meter with a time of 2:24.52, the fourth best time in Monmouth program history. He was also part of the winning 4x400 team that clocked in at 3:22.04.
                                                                                                                                                                                
Women’s Field Performer of the Week
Jordan Wildermuth, Monmouth
So., Oak ridge, NJ/Jefferson Township
 
Sophomore Wildermuth recorded a shot put throw of 47’ 4.5”, and a weight throw of 55’7 3/4”, winning both events. With both marks she qualified for the ECAC Championships
 
Men’s Field Performer of the Week
Brenton Foster, Manhattan
So., Townsville, Australia/William Ross
                                                                                                                          Foster recorded a 2.24m high jump this past weekend setting a new Manhattan record for the event.
