The senior threw 65’ 9” to take first for the fifth time in six meets this season. Wilson was part of a Monmouth team that went 1-3-4 while he helped the men finish third among 22 teams. Monmouth finished ahead of Syracuse, Manhattan, Lehigh and Army West Point among others.

Men’s Track Performer of the Week

Johnathan Jackson

Sr., Roselle, NJ

Senior Johnathan Jackson had a solid showing at the 2017 John Thomas Terrier Classic hosted by Boston University last weekend for Rider.  He finished 6th in the highly competitive 800 meter run with a time of 1:50.89.  It was also an IC4A qualifier and the best time in the MAAC by 2.5 seconds.  He also ran an impressive leg on the 4x400 relay that also got the IC4A qualifying mark with a time of 3:19.74.  Jackson has now run on all three of the IC4A qualifying relays for the Rider men.
