Ivana Boberic Earns Female Tennis Player of the Week Award

Junior Ivana Boberic went undefeated this weekend as the Saints continued their undefeated season 7-0 on the year, 2-0 this weekend. Boberic first won 6-0, 7-6 (7-2) over Colgate and followed that up with a two straight set, 6-1, 6-3, win at Hofstra on February 11 at the No. 2 singles spot. With doubles partner, Natalie Weaver, Boberic and Weaver won 6-0 against Colgate over O’Brien and Williams. Boberic and Weaver then took down Herdon and King (6-2) of Hofstra the next day. In doubles, she also plays on in the No. 2 position.
