Reinhardt, Kocinski Earn Student-Athlete of the Week Awards

Stephanie Reinhardt, Manhattan Softball | Senior | Albany, NY
Reinhardt has been the Jaspers’ starting shortstop from the moment she arrived in Riverdale. She has started 166 consecutive games and has never missed an inning defensively. Reinhardt helped Manhattan reach the championship round of the 2014 MAAC Tournament, then was selected to the All-Tournament Team in 2015. Reinhardt has five home runs and 65 RBIs in her Manhattan career, and she recorded her 100th collegiate hit against Yale on March 14.
Greg Kocinski, MaristBaseball | RS-Junior | Belle Mead, NJ
Greg Kocinski is a redshirt junior and is majoring in Business Administration/Finance. He was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team twice and was named to Marist's deans list for four semesters of his career, In October, he represented the MAAC at the NCAA Leadership Conference, where he gained invaluable leadership skills along with the experience of exploring the relationship between personal values, core beliefs and behavioral styles, and a thorough understanding of the NCAA as a whole, the different divisional perspectives and the valuable role of Student-Athlete Advisory Committees (SAAC).. Through 16 games played, Kocinski leads the team with four doubles, is tied for first on team with 13 RBI and is third on the team with nine walks.
