Eva Bachmann scored one of Niagara’s two goals in a 2-0 win against St. Bonaventure in the Purple Eagles’ home opener on Friday, August 25. The Wattwil, Switzerland native registered three shots in the game, and one shot on goal.
Defensive Player of the Week
Taylor Dorado, Siena

Taylor Dorado claimed her second-straight MAAC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week honor. She tallied a career-high 14 saves in Siena’s 2-0 shutout win over Mercer on Friday, August 25 at the Mercer Invitational. The sophomore stopped 10 shots in the second half of play en route to the Saints’ second win of the season.
