Player of the Week
Veronica Koval, Rider

Veronica Koval averaged 9.79 assists per set last week as the Broncs went (2-2) at the 12th Annual Friar Classic. She had 35 or more assists in two matches, including a career-high 55 in a four-set win over Fairleigh Dickinson. She had two double-doubles during the week and averaged 2.57 digs per set. Koval had a season-high 19 digs in a win over the Knights. In her final appearance of the week, she had a season-high six kills to go along with 38 assists, 14 digs, and one ace.
 
Libero of the Week
Rylee Hunt, Niagara

Rylee Hunt earns her second-straight MAAC Libero of the Week honor and was named the Hartford Invitational MVP. The Purple Eagles captured the Hartford Invitational title with wins over Hartford, Central Connecticut State, and NJIT. She averaged 7.09 digs per set in the three matches and led each match with at least 20 digs. She had 21 digs, three assists, and two aces against Hartford, and followed with a match-high 37 digs, which are the second most in her career, and five assists versus Central Connecticut State on Friday, September 8. Hunt finished the weekend with a match-high 20 digs in the sweep of NJIT on Saturday.
 
Rookie of the Week
Jaycie Roberts, Niagara

Jaycie Roberts averaged 2.55 kills per set, which were tied for the team lead, 3.91 digs per set, and 2.73 points per set to help Niagara to a 3-0 record at the Hartford Invitational. Roberts had a career-high 20 digs and nine kills in the four-set win over Hartford; she had 11 digs, and eight kills versus Central Connecticut State. In the victory over NJIT, Roberts had her second career double-double with 11 kills and 12 digs.
