Offensive Player of the Week
Nadya Gill, Quinnipiac

Nadya Gill earns her second MAAC women’s soccer Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season after accumulating 10 points (three goals, four assists) through two games. Gill registered nine-point (three goals, three assists) against Saint Peter’s to help the Bobcats notch a program record 11 goals. The junior finished just one point shy of matching the single-game program scoring record. She also added an assist on Wednesday, September 13, to account for a goal at Harvard as the Bobcats became the first team to score against the Crimson in Cambridge this season.

Tiffany Martinez made seven saves in net as part of the Gaels 0-0 MAAC opening draw against the Canisius College on Saturday, September 16. The clean sheet, marked Martinez’ first shutout of the 2017 campaign.
Rookie of the Week
Kelsey Goldring, Quinnipiac

Kelsey Goldring matched the program record, dishing out three assists to go along with two goals on her way to a seven-point outing in a 11-0 win at Saint Peter’s. Goldring’s seven-point scoring total is the second-highest single-game total for a freshman in program history, as she helped lead the Bobcats to the most goals scored in a game in program history.
