Around the MAAC
EDISON, NJ – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) presents Around the MAAC. This week's edition features men's soccer beginning conference play, while MAAC women's soccer, and volleyball teams continue their conference slate. Field Hockey also begins MAAC play on Friday, September 29, when defending MAAC champions Monmouth University takes on Sacred Heart University on ESPN3, Bryant University hosts Rider University, and LIU Brooklyn takes on Fairfield University.
Around the MAAC also features Iona College men's cross country who were ranked 10th in the USTFCCCA Coaches' Poll for the second-straight week. Siena College announced two senior student-athletes, Michele Tremblay (women's soccer), and Milorad Sobot (men's soccer) being nominated for the CLASS Award.
