Offensive Player of the Week
Troy Brady, Canisius

Finished with three goals and one assist to help lead Canisius to a 2-0 record at home last week. Scored game-winning goal 28 seconds into overtime to complete a dramatic comeback that saw the Griffs erase a 3-0 deficit and defeat Robert Morris, 4-3. Also contributed an assist in the victory over the Colonials. Tallied two goals, including the game-winner, in a 5-0 victory versus the Virginia Military Institute.
Defensive Player of the Week
David Pastuna, Rider

Pastuna posted a 0.48 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage in leading the Broncs to a pair of road victories at Seton Hall and Temple. He made three saves at Seton Hall and registered his seventh career shutout, his first in nearly two years, with six saves at Temple. Included in the six saves at Temple was a one-on-one denial from point-blank range in the 41st minute. For the season, Pastuna now sports a 1.30 goals-against average and a .765 save percentage.
Rookie of the Week
Pablo DeCastro, Rider

DeCastro has registered a point in all three games for the Broncs this year, including the game-winning goal at Seton Hall and an assist on Clement Bourret’s game winner at Temple. He’s tied with Bourret for the team lead with five points on two goals and an assist. Against Seton Hall, DeCastro finished Jose Aguinaga’s cross for the game-winner in the 63rd minute. He wrapped up the week with a lofted pass into the box that Bourret ran under and chipped in for the golden goal against Temple.
