Offensive Player of the Week
Kelsy Hopkins, Sacred Heart

Hopkins totaled three goals for the Pioneers on the weekend, registering a hat trick in a 6-3 win over LIU Brooklyn, that helped clinch SHU's first postseason appearance since 2014. Hopkins' hat trick was the first time a Pioneer has scored three goals in a game since Carisa Eye accomplished the feat in a 3-1 win over Robert Morris on Sept. 26, 2008. Hopkins' seven goals on the season are a career-high, exceeding her total of four from last season.

Schiavo helped the Hawks shutout a Stags team that entered the weekend scoring over 2 goals a game. Schiavo, playing in her first full season on the Hawks back line, helped limit Fairfield to just five shots, two reaching cage, while spoiling the Stags' three corner chances.
Rookie of the Week
Eva van Wakeren, LIU Brooklyn
Fr., Blaricum, Netherlands / Laar and Berg
Eva van Wakeren tallied her second hat trick of the season on Friday night against Sacred Heart. The rookie recorded one first half score and two more in the second half including a successful penalty stroke for the hat trick. van Wakeren moved into fourth in the MAAC with 24 points on the season and third in the league with 11 goals after her standout performance.
