Men’s Track Performer of the Week
James Green, Rider
Fr., Timonium, MD/Dulaney

Freshman James Green made a splash in his collegiate debut for the Broncs at the Fastrack Season Opener last week. Green posted a pair of IC4A-qualifying marks and won two different events. Green finished in first-place in the 400 with an IC4A-qualifying time of 48.59. He also was part of the 4x400 relay that won with an IC4A-qualifying mark of 3:17.82. Green ran the first leg of the 4x400 for Rider.
 
Men’s Field Performer of the Week
Eric Waugh, Manhattan
Sr., Wheatley Heights, NY/ Half Hollow Hills West

Waugh threw for a career-best 16.78 meters in the men's shot put at the TCNJ Season Opener on December 1 at The Armory, qualifying for the IC4A Championships. It is currently the best shot put mark in the MAAC by 0.43 meters.
 
Women’s Track Performer of the Week
Nioami Miranda, Monmouth
Jr., Hackettstown, NJ / Hackettstown

Miranda helped the Hawks win the OceanFirst Bank Center Classic this Saturday by winning two events on the track. She won the 300-meter dash in 40.96 which is good enough for 5th best time in school history. The junior also ran an impressive anchor leg in the 4x400 relay to give Monmouth the win and a time of 4:07.7.  
 
Women’s Field Performer of the Week
Ashley Berry, Rider
Sr., Somerset, NJ/ Franklin

Senior Ashley Berry started out her final indoor track & field campaign strong for the Broncs at the Fastrack Season Opener last weekend. Berry won the weight throw with an ECAC-qualifying toss of 16.91m. Her throw on Saturday was a new collegiate-best.
