Women's Track Performer of the Week
Jessica Lee, Quinnipiac
Sr., Montgomery, NJ/Montgomery
Jessica Lee set a new Quinnipiac school record in the 60-meter with a time of 7.59, which also helped her finish as the top collegian performer in the race (second overall) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational. The senior also competed in the 200-meter in which she set a new MAAC top time at 24.25.
Men's Track Performer of the Week
Dylan Capwell, Monmouth
Sr., Hopatcong, NJ/Hopatcong
Dylan Capwell competed in the Iowa State Classic in which he completed in the 800-meter in 1:48.82, finishing as the eighth best collegian runner. This weekly award marks Capwell’s second on the season.
Women's Field Performer of the Week
Ashley McKinnon, Monmouth
Jr., East Orange, NJ/Essex County Vocational
Monmouth junior, Ashley McKinnon finished second in the triple jump at the Fasttrack National Invitational, recording a distance of 11.87 meters. With her performance, she qualified for the ECAC Championships, and now leads the MAAC in the event.
