Queenie Lai earned a top 10 finish by tying for sixth place out of 60 competitors at the Benbow Invitational in Jacksonville, FL. Lai shot a 75 (+3) on the second day of the tournament, which was the fifth-best round in the field, after shooting a 78 in windy and rainy conditions on the first day to tie for 11
th. The freshman’s efforts on the links helped the Bobcats finish third out of nine teams in the field.
Men’s Golfer of the Week
Jack Bellardini, Siena

Jack Bellardini paced the Saints at last week’s prestigious, three-day Pinehurst Intercollegiate. The junior recorded rounds of 80, 74, and 74 over the 54 hole event. Bellardini parred 28 holes and recorded six birdies, including a final round performance where he parred 10 and sunk three birdies.
