Offensive Player of the Week
Steven Coss, Canisius
Sr., Midfield, Canton, OH/Jackson
Steven Coss tallied 10 points on four goals and six assists in leading Canisius to a 1-1 record last week . The senior, scored two goals and added two assists in 19-11 setback at No. 1 Albany on March 20. Against Siena, Coss recorded two goals and posted career highs in assists (four) and points (six) in the 13-12 victory over the Saints on Saturday. Coss assisted the game winning goal against Siena.
Defensive Player of the Week
Brian Corrigan, Marist
R-Sr., Goalie, East Quogue, NY/Westhampton Beach
Brian Corrigan was a fortress in the Red Foxes win against Manhattan matching his season high with 17 saves on the day. He had an astonishing .850 save percentage, a new career high. Corrigan also notched his 500th career save in the win.
Rookie of the Week
Logan Shamblin, Detroit Mercy
R-Fr., Goalkeeper, Washington Twp., MI/Troy
Logan Shamblin made 11 saves as the Titans defeated the Monmouth Hawks, 9-8, in overtime to move to 2-0 in the MAAC. He made a couple of saves on Monmouth extra-man attacks as he guided a defense that saw the Hawks go 1-of-6 on the power play. This is Shamblin’s third MAAC Rookie of the Week award.
