Brian Moskey led the Bobcat offense on Sunday when they defeated Gardner-Webb. He launched a grand slam in the first inning, his first home run of the season. In the fifth inning, he drove a triple to right-center field and drove home two more runs. Moskey became the first Bobcat to have six RBI in one game since May 18, 2013. He batted .417 for the weekend with a .917 slugging percentage, and also added another RBI and a double in Game two.
 
Pitcher of the Week
Pete Soporowski, Rider

Pete Soporowski tossed 7.0 shutout innings against Miami (Ohio) last week for the Broncs. He earned a no-decision in the contest as he scattered three hits and struck out five batters, while surrendering just one walk. It was his longest start of the spring and the third time in his career that he threw 7.0 or more innings.
 
Rookie of the Week
Dan Klepchick, Monmouth
Fr., P, Warrington, PA/Central Bucks South
 
Dan Klepchick picked up his second win of the season with a strong performance at George Washington, tossing six innings and fanning seven without a walk. He allowed just five hits and became the first Hawk to win twice this year.
