Siena's Riso & Saint Peter's Powers Named MAAC Golfers of the Week

Sara Riso finished second at the Sacred Heart Spring Invite to propel the Saints to a fourth-place finish. The junior finished just three strokes shy of the leader. Riso led the field the second day with a score of 73.
Men’s Golfer of the Week
David Powers, Saint Peter’s

David Powers led the field in the two-day tournament after shooting a 138 (-4), edging Wagner's A.J. Skinner by two strokes. Powers shot three under par coming by way of four birdies on the front nine, and one birdie with seven strokes on par on the back nine to close out day one. In the final round of the invitational, Powers shot one under par and he produced an eagle on hole 17 and a birdie on hole five. Powers performance help propel the Peacocks to a fourth place finish.
