Matthew Vangalen led the Detroit Mercy offense in a record-breaking win setting a new Titan record with 11 points and tying a school record with seven goals and four assists. He took just nine shots in the game with eight on goal and had his sixth-career hat trick just midway through the first period and scored the first four Titan goals in the contest. His 11 points and seven goals are the most by any player in the MAAC this year and tied for the fifth most in the NCAA on the season. The seven goals were also the most in the MAAC since 2016, while the 11 points are the most in the MAAC since 2012.

Will Vitelli, Quinnipiac

Will Vitelli celebrated his senior day by controlling the face-off X to help the Bobcats to a 19-14 win over Canisius to clinch a berth in the MAAC Championship. Vitelli won 22 of his 33 face-offs on the day (66.7 percent), earning eight ground balls on the ones he won cleanly. His efforts helped the Bobcats outshoot Canisius 37-20 over the first three quarters while they built a 19-7 lead.
 
Rookie of the Week
Jake Tomsik, Quinnipiac
Fr., Attack, Medway, MA/Medway
 
Tomsik had a team-high six points on four goals and two assists as Quinnipiac clinched a MAAC Championship berth with a 19-14 win over Canisius on Saturday. The six points set a new personal best and moved him into a tie for  the team lead in points for the season with 37.
