Offensive Player of the Week
Matthew Vangalen, Detroit Mercy
Jr., Attack, Orangeville, Ontario/Hill Academy
The Canadnian attackman kept up his offensive outburst scoring the first goal of the game and ending the contest with a game-high six points—four goals and two assists—in the 14-8 victory over Siena. He scored less than two minutes into the game and tallied his seventh hat trick by halftime. Vangalen tops the Titans in points (39), goals (23) and assists (16) and now has 20 points on 14 goals and six assists in his last three games - all MAAC wins - as Detroit Mercy clinched the number two seed in the conference championship.

Defensive Player of the Week
Will Vitelli, Quinnipiac
Sr., Midfield, Milford, CT/Foran
Vitelli was once again big on face-offs, winning 18-of-22 in Quinnipiac's double-overtime win at Monmouth which clinched the top seed in the MAAC Tournament for the Bobcats. He won a clean face-off to start the second overtime, resulting in the game-winning goal 45 seconds later. He finished the game with eight ground balls.

Rookie of the Week
Logan Shamblin, Detroit Mercy
Fr., Goalkeeper, Washington Township, MI/Troy
The redshirt-freshman goalie posted a season-high 15 saves and eight ground balls in the Titans 14-8 victory over Siena, which helped Detroit Mercy set a record for MAAC wins and clinch the number two seed. Nine of Shamblin’s saves came in the first half as he helped slow down a spirited Siena offensive attack so Detroit Mercy could run out to an early lead. He also had a caused turnover on the day. The first-year Titans has allowed single-digit goals in three of his five MAAC starts.
