Offensive Player of the Week
Jenny Staines, Monmouth
Jr., Attack, Silver Spring, MD/Good Counsel
Staines exploded offensively for the Hawks over a pair of wins last week, including a six-goal, seven-point effort in a come-from-behind win against Siena. The junior scored three consecutive goals in the second half against the Saints to erase an 11-10 deficit and clinch Monmouth's fifth league win. In Wednesday's game against Manhattan, Staines had six points on a trio of goals and three assists. The junior's accuracy was impressive, with 16 of her 17 shots being on goal during the two games. She was also 5-of-9 on free position shots.

Defensive Player & Rookie of the Week
Paulina DiFatta, Fairfield
So., Goalkeeper, Dix Hills, NY/ Half Hollow Hills West
DiFatta protected the cage in all 120 minutes of a 2-0 week of road action for the Stags. She stopped 23 shots for a .575 save percentage with an 8.50 goals-against average. Her 12 stops in the 11-8 win at Canisius on Saturday helped Fairfield limit the Golden Griffins to their lowest scoring output in a MAAC regular season game since 2011.
