Nicola Pipoli had a perfect week, going 3-0 at No. 1 singles and 3-0 at No. 1 doubles with teammate Will Cooke Wharton. He helped Monmouth clinch the MAAC Regular Season Championship with wins over Rider, Quinnipiac, and Marist. On Sunday, he capped off his undefeated week with a 6-3, 0-6, 6-3 win over unanimous 2017 MAAC Player of the Year Javier Restrepo.
Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Dominiquie Vasile, Quinnipiac

Dominique Vasile was pushed this week, but finished the MAAC season with an undefeated record in conference matches after a three-set win at Fairfield on Tuesday (6-4, 3-6, 10-6), following a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles. She added another three-set win against Division III power Middlebury (5-7, 6-1, 6-1) to stretch her win streak to six and her overall record to 11-1 in the last 12 singles matches, with the only loss to Harvard.
