The Top Red Fox Scorer Earned Regional Recognition

DANBURY, Connecticut – Men's lacrosse senior midfielder Gannon Morrison was named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference All-Second Team.
 
This is the fourth year in a row a Red Fox has earned regional recognition with all being named to the ECAC second team. Jimmy Murphy was named to the second team in 2017, Brian Corrigan and Joseph Radin both picked up recognition in 2016 and Mike Begley was honored in 2015.
 
Morrison led the team in goals (28) assists (26) and points (54). He finished second in the Metro Atlantic Conference in points per game (3.6) and assists per game (1.73). Morrison had a season high six points in a win against Siena on April 7. The senior was named to the MAAC All-First Team this season for the third time in his career.
 
The Red Fox midfielder will go down as one of the top midfielders to come out of the program. Morrison finishes his career ranking ninth in career points (172) and assists (78). He is the only midfielder in the history of Marist to hit 150 career points.
