MAAC Announces 2018 MAAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team
EDISON, NJ – A total of 166 student-athletes comprise the 2018 MAAC Men’s Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
Marist College placed a league-best 26 student-athletes on the All-Academic Team followed by Rider University with 25. Monmouth University had 19 student-athletes while Manhattan College had 18, and Iona College had 13. Canisius College placed 11 student-athletes and Siena College placed nine on the All-Academic Team.
