Three from MAAC Women's Lacrosse Selected for IWLCA North-South All-Star Game

EDISON, NJ - Three MAAC women's lacrosse players have been selected to play in the IWLCA North-South All-Star game. The game will take place on June 2 at the US Lacrosse Center in Sparks, Maryland and will feature 44 of the top seniors in the country.

Gabriella Di Domizio from Iona College, Alexa Smith of Monmouth, and Kyle Larkin of Quinnipiac University will represent their schools and the MAAC on the North Squad.

Di Domizio was a First Team All-MAAC selection this past season and ended her career at Iona as the all-time leader in games played (70), caused turnovers (128) and caused turnovers per game (1.88). The Keystone State product set the program record for caused turnovers this season with 58.

Smith led the Hawks with 45 goals this season and added two assists for 47 total points in her final campaign in West Long Branch, New Jersey. The New York native finished her career eighth in school history with 124 goals and 12th in career points with 138.

Larkin posted career-highs in save percentage (.511) and goals-against average (10.32). The New York native concluded her career with 483 saves, which is second in program history.

The Division I game will be at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and will be on IWLCA-TV.com. The Division II and III games will follow, and admission is free.
