Monmouth’s Mueller & Manhattan’s Fajardo named MAAC Runners of the Week
Men’s Runner of the Week : Kyle Mueller, Monmouth

Kyle Mueller led the Hawks to a win at the Siena College Invitational with a first-place finish at the site of the MAAC Championships, The Crossings at Colonie Park. His finish of 25:31 on the 8K course was faster than the second place finisher by 4 seconds in a field that included six other MAAC teams.
Women’s Runner of the Week : Lisa Fajardo, Manhattan

Lisa Fajardo broke her own school record for the Van Cortlandt Park 5K course as Manhattan College grabbed a top three finish (out of 13 teams) in the 2018 Fordham Fiasco. Fajardo initially broke the school record in 2017, finishing the ECAC Championships with a time of 17:58.9. Saturday, she earned a 17:53.77 finish, knocking approximately five seconds off her record and more than 30 seconds off her 2017 Fordham Fiasco winning time of 18:24.09.
