Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Micah Ornelas, Bryant
Gr., San Diego, CA/West Hills
This past weekend, Ornelas won the 100 fly, 200 fly and 200 IM at UMass. He recorded a time of 48.96 in the 100 fly, a time of 1:53.18 in the 200 fly and a time of 1:52.76 in the 200 IM. Ornelas’ 100 fly time set a UMass pool record.

Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Morgan Hansen, Fairfield
So., Spring City, PA/Owen J. Roberts
Hansen broke the Fairfield program record in the 100 Meter Butterfly with a first-place time of 1:04.40 in the Stags win over Holy Cross. She then had a great day with two first place finishes in the 200 Yard Butterfly (2:07.78) and the 100 Yard Butterfly (58.65) against Seton Hall.
 
Men’s Diver of the Week
Joseph Warker, Rider
Sr., Reading, PA/Wilson
Senior diver Joseph Warker had a strong meet on the boards for the Broncs in a dual meet with Monmouth. Warker won the 3M with a score of 313.35 and he also qualified for the NCAA Division I Zone A Diving Championships in the 1M with a score of 297.31. Rider went on to defeat the Hawks for the fourth season in a row. 
 
Women’s Diver of the Week
Esabelle Gervasio, Marist
So., Niskayuna, NY/Niskayuna
Gervasio went a perfect 4-for-4 last week, winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter against Binghamton and Boston College. Against Boston College, she scored 232.2 and 258.67 on the 1- and 3-meter. Against Binghamton, she scored 289.5 and 255.6 on the 1- and 3-meter. Her score of 289.5 on the 1-meter against Binghamton not only was an NCAA regional qualifying score, but also broke a school record.
