Marist to Host 2019 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship

EDISON, NJ – The 2019 MAAC Men’s Lacrosse Championship will be hosted by Marist College at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field in Poughkeepsie, NY.
 
The men’s lacrosse championship will feature the top four teams in the MAAC. The semifinals will be on Thursday, May 2 and the championship game will be on Saturday, May 4. The final on May 4 will be at 10 a.m. on ESPNU.

"Marist has had a long tradition of hosting championships that we're excited to continue. The MAAC has always prioritized high quality venues to enhance the student-athlete experience. We look forward to showcasing our facility and the championship on ESPN."
 
The 2019 Championship will be the 10th held at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field and the sixth since the stadium was dedicated as Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field in 2007. The stadium seating includes 1,744 chair-backs in the grandstand, with additional seating located on the West Berm, giving Tenney Stadium a capacity of 5,000.
 
The Red Foxes have a pair of MAAC Championships, with the last coming in 2015 over Quinnipiac University. The Red Foxes won that title at Tenney Stadium.
