Offensive Player of the Week
Dana Scheriff, Monmouth
Sr., Babylon, NY/Babylon
Dana Scheriff scored two goals, one in each game, for Monmouth this week as the Hawks remain unbeaten in the MAAC. Scheriff scored the first goal in Monmouth's 4-0 win at Niagara, which stood as the game-winning tally. Scheriff has five goals this season, four of which have come during conference play, and Monmouth has won nine consecutive games overall.
Defensive Player of the Week
Amanda Knaub, Monmouth
Sr., Enola, PA/Trinity
Senior Amanda Knaub added two more shutouts to her résumé with six total saves against Iona and Niagara. She made two stops in the 5-0 triumph at Iona before making a conference-high four saves against Niagara. Knaub extended her scoreless streak to 462:55 and has 10 shutouts this season.
Rookie of the Week
Alexa Correa, Monmouth
Fr., Ramsey, NJ/Ramsey
Alexa Correa continued her strong recent play with a goal and two assists in Monmouth's 2-0 week. The Hawks moved to 8-0-0 in the MAAC after a pair of shutout wins against Iona and Niagara. She had one assist in the 5-0 win over the Gaels, then followed up that performance with one goal and one assist in the 4-0 victory at Niagara to help Monmouth finish the road portion of its schedule at 7-0-2.
