Monmouth’s DiLaurenzio and Niagara’s Bucken Named Pepsi Zero MAAC Student-Athletes of the Week

Louis DiLaurenzio
Monmouth University
Men’s Cross Country
For the third straight meet, sophomore Louis DiLaurenzio led the Hawks individually, this week finishing with a time of 25:12.5 in the 8K at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday morning. DiLaurenzio's time was good enough to finish 63rd out of 235 runners. He also led the Blue & White this season at the Paul Short Run and at the Henry Mercer Invitational.
 
Hadley Bucken
Niagara University
Women’s Soccer
Hadley Bucken is a four-year letter winner on the women’s soccer team and has been a mainstay on the backline. She has played in 68 career games, starting in 66. This season, she serves as the lone captain and has started in every game. She is a three-time MAAC All-Academic Team honoree and is a member of the National Student Nurses’ Association. She will earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing and plans to work as a pediatric registered nurse after graduation.
